定影馬達(dá)錯(cuò)誤-馬達(dá)啟動(dòng)之后，在2 秒或更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間之內(nèi)沒(méi)有檢測(cè)到鎖定狀態(tài)。定影馬達(dá)上超過(guò)負(fù)荷。
對(duì) 策： 關(guān)閉主電源再將其打開(kāi)。
E014原因
定影馬達(dá) （M11）斷路或接觸不好。直流控制器印刷電路板故障。
注意 1：
如果機(jī)器顯示在 E000 到 E003 的范圍，關(guān)機(jī)重啟以后無(wú)法復(fù)位錯(cuò)誤，需要執(zhí)行下列維修模式項(xiàng)：COPIER>FUNCTION>CLER>ERR。
注意 2：
如果機(jī)器出現(xiàn)的錯(cuò)誤是定影輥使用值達(dá)到上限。更換定影組件或定影上輥，執(zhí)行下列維修模式項(xiàng)：COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FX-UP-RL。
注意 3：
如果更換了直流控制器印刷電路板或初始化了直流控制器上的隨機(jī)存儲(chǔ)器，確保在下列維修模式項(xiàng)中輸入在更換或初始化之前的讀取值：
COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FX-UPRL。
注意 4：

Description After the fixing motor drive signal is generated, the clock signal does not arrive within1.3 sec
Causes The fixing motor (M19) is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.
Remedy
1. Connector Is the connector of the fixing motor connected? NO: Connect the connector.
2. Main power supply PCB Is the drive voltage (24 V) of the fixing motor supplied by the main power supply PCB? Main power supply PCB: between J202-3 (24VU1-S) and J202-4 (OVU1) NO: Replace the main power supply PCB.
3. Fixing motor (M19), DC controller PCB Press the Start key. Is the lock signal of the fixing motor present at the connector (J312) on the DC controller PCB? Lock signal: J312-B4 (FSRM_LOCK*) the DC controller PCB change from 0 to about5 V? YES: Replace the fixing motor. NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.
