1. Power the machine off by holding down the power button. Wait a few seconds and then power the machine back on.
- If no error message appears on your machine's display, go to step 2.
- If the error changed to "Self-Diagnostic", refer to: "Self-Diagnostic"
- If "Print Unable D1" returns, go to WARRANTY AND SERVICE OPTIONS.
2. Leave the machine with power ON for 15 minutes.
- If "Self-Diagnostic" or "Print Unable D1" returns, go to WARRANTY AND SERVICE OPTIONS.
3. Print the Printer Settings report.
a. Press Menu.
b. Press 5. You will see 5. Print Reports.
c. Press 4. You will see 4. Print Settings.
d. Press Start. The machine will print out the Print Settings report. Press Stop/Exit.
