Remedy:
1. Check that safety elements work properly. 2. Check that all ACBs are OK and in working position. 3. Check whether the customer has power cuts and input voltage problems. 4. Check resistor and replace if necessary. 5. Check PCA and replace if necessary. See Curing and vapor removal PCA.
