·E000025-300 the Magenta toner supply motor sensor. Toner drops out of the cartridge andin to the sensor which is situated elow it. The best way to fix it is to remove the grey cover below the toners and blow out / vacuum out the area. There is a modification availiable. I'd speak to your service company though.
