Cause
Toner mixture fault (C-2455 Yellow, C-2456 Magenta, C-2457 Cyan, C-2458 Black)
Resolution
Power the machine OFF from the main switch leaving the sub switch ON.
Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. Keep holding it till the comes up in Service mode.
Press 02 Process Adjustment
Press 02 Drum Peculiarity
Select 04 Toner Density Revert, if the readings are very high on any of the colours perform as below for that colour
Values for toner should be in around 6.4, you might have to run a few times to get it near 6
A message "Completed" appears when finished.
Select 02 and run the Gamma Automatic Adjustment, a message "Completed" will appear in the top left when finished.
Exit Service mode to return to normal operation
