故障信息
成像單元故障： #C3-1312，再次安裝成像單元。
癥狀碳粉供應(yīng)不充分或異常。
故障排除方法:
1) 關(guān)閉打印機(jī)，打開(kāi)前蓋。
2) 取下碳粉盒，水平搖動(dòng)碳粉盒使得碳粉能夠均勻分布在盒內(nèi)。
3) 如果故障仍然存在，檢查如下：
a) 檢查碳粉供應(yīng)驅(qū)動(dòng)單元(JC93–00436A)是否有缺陷故障。

b) 檢查碳粉管驅(qū)動(dòng)單元(JC93–00451A)是否有故障缺陷。
